Lines & Veils — Over 18s

For adult players only (18+) — if you're booking or attending a children's party, this isn't the form you need; please see the Young Adventurers' Party Sheet instead. Every adult player fills this out before their session, whatever the event. Lines are things we will never include in your story — hard no's. Veils are things that can exist in the world but we'll "fade to black" rather than describe in detail. There's no wrong answer here — this just helps your Games Master build a story everyone will enjoy. You can read more about Lines and Veils on our FAQ page.

Young Adventurers' Party Sheet — Under 18s

For children's birthday parties and events (under 18s). Complete this so your Games Master can prepare the quest, gather the terrain, and make sure every young adventurer has a brilliant time.

Parental Responsibility & Consent to Capture the Quest

During our young adventurers' D&D quests we may take a few photos and a short video to share the magic of the adventure. As our players are under 18, we need a parent or guardian's confirmation and consent before anything is captured or shared.
